What happens on the call.
Send us what you have, or don’t. A CSV, a link to the spreadsheet, a photograph of a page — whatever shape it is in is what we want to see. If you would rather not send anything ahead, we work with what you bring on the call.
You leave with the findings. For a bill of materials: every part and supplier against the government lists in force that day, with the version we used recorded alongside the result. For records: what we could read, what we could cite, and what we could not. Either way you also leave with a count of what we could not settle, and why — named rather than hidden, because the determination is not ours to make.
Anything you send is used for the call and deleted within thirty days unless you ask us to keep it, and it is never used to train anything. The privacy policy is the binding version.
