Send a bill of materials. A CSV, a link to the spreadsheet, or the export you already hand your buyer — reply to the confirmation email with it. Whatever shape it is in is the shape we want to see. If you would rather not send one ahead, we screen it live instead.
You leave with the findings. Every part, every supplier, and the tier behind them, against the government lists in force that day — with the version we used recorded alongside the result. Including the ones we cannot settle: those come back as needs review, named rather than hidden, because the determination is the government’s to make and not ours.
Your BOM is not retained after the call unless you ask us to keep it, and it is never used to train anything.
