Legal
Terms
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms cover this website. Use of the Panoptical product is governed by the agreement signed with your company, which takes precedence over anything here.
What this site is
A description of a product. Everything on it — including the screening steps, the freshness tracking and the evidence package — describes what Panoptical does for customers. Reading it does not create a customer relationship, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.
Not a compliance determination
This is the important one. Panoptical does not certify anything and neither does this site. We tell you what to check, keep the evidence current, and assemble the record you present — the determination itself stays with the government. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as a finding that a part, a supplier or a platform is compliant with any statute or procurement rule.
Accuracy
Government lists move, and so does the law around them. We keep this site current in good faith but do not warrant that every statement on it is accurate on the day you read it. Where a date matters, the product records the list version actually used; this site does not.
Your submissions
Do not send classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted material through the booking form or by replying to a confirmation email. Those are an ordinary calendar and an ordinary inbox, and neither is the right channel for any of it. If a walkthrough needs to cover restricted material, say so and we will arrange it properly.
Intellectual property
The Panoptical name, the wordmark and the contents of this site are ours. You are welcome to quote or link to any of it; you are not welcome to pass it off as your own.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. That limit does not apply to anything we cannot exclude by law, including liability for fraud.
